It was great on my Lenovo tab [phone] until it encountered a catastrophic compatibility issue after B&N released a re-badged version of the tablet and B&N pulled it from the app store for my device. Half the reason I bought this tablet was to read my B&N purchases. No timeline for fixing the problem according to B&N. So terribly disappointed.

Horrible. I bought several new ebooks and can't find them in my library. Now that I can't order as easily as in the past, nothing is working out as predicted. I'm disgusted beyond words can tell. Not only that but now I can't find my 1100 books I bought in the past.

Terrible app and I've lost both the book I ordered and the amount I paid, with no way to communicate for customer service.

App keeps crashing at the same point in my book. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same thing. Very disappointed

I've had the Nook app ever since BN released its first e-reader to compete with Amazon. For the most part I've had good experience with the app. However, recent changes to the app have been so baffling that they have compelled me to leave a review. You can no longer make in app purchases for ebooks, you have to add the title to your wishlist and the log into your BN account in a browser and make the purchase from there. WHY?! Why is it such a pain to purchase an ebook for the Nook now?

New. Update Dreadful
I would not even give this a 1 star but that is not an option! This new update lags all the time. When you are reading, when you are opening a new book to read. This bug needs to be fixed ASAP or I will resort to ordering from Amazon and reading from Kindle!

I love being able to download and read books on my samsung tablet as well as my phone, but I don't want the app to read to me. I can simply turn of the sound but then the part being read is highlighted, making it very annoying!!! Is there any way to turn off this feature? If I didn't already have so many books downloaded I would just stop using the nook app and get books from Amazon for kindle!

I was able to read the a book for a few day and I can't read the book I purchased for school, the message keeps appearing stating file is corrupted.

It works great for reading, however it doesn't sync well with my Nook, but I'm usually not too far away between each. hope this eventually gets fixed cause that would be the best ever!
