Suddenly broken

It was working fine until I tried to add a subscription and got nothing but error messages. Thought logging out/in would help, but now I can't even log back in.

The book i download jumps from chapter 1 to 43 the others are missing and I am unable to contact customer service through the app I just downloaded this app and am already ready to delete it that's sad

At the start the app was great but then I tried to install it on my tablet so I read on it during school and now all it says is "unable to connect to the NOOK service. Please try again later." I dont know if this is a bug or not but it's extremely annoying and won't let me read anything with that dumb pop up being there

App was working fine until today. I purchased three books and now I keep getting a message that it's unable to connect to the Nook service. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but still not working. I also checked the website and I'm unable to access my digital library or purchase history. It's like everything has disappeared.

what ever this latest update did it now causes an error when reading. tried reinstalling it an now my library is gone

Edited: much better, thank you! curious if dev team can fix the jumpiness during scrolling in the library? can't log in after uninstall which was suggested after the library kept giving an error that it couldn't connect. haven't been able to read in a few weeks and am so sick of the app and my nook not working. factory reset does not work either. did that multiple times.

nook app didnt work on Samsung galaxy s10 plus device at first. I've shut down and restarted the tablet several times. I also un-installed and reinstalled the nook app and it would't show my library. I kept getting an error it was unable to connect to nook services. i finally quit trying & shut down the tablet. the next day, I turned on my tablet and my nook library synced.
