1. I have to download this horrible app to reserve a spot 2. I try to create an account to use the app 3. App sends email with link to complete registration 4. Link sends me to AppStore to open the app 5. I open the app and it gives me the option to repeat step 3

If you're in a hurry, don't use this app. For the last couple of months, when I open the app, all I get is the opening/loading screen. The app seems to just spin its wheels!
