Not accurate The crowd Meter is really off. The gym is packed with no equipment available, and the crowd meters 2 bars when it should be max. Come on, it isn't that hard to fix the code. Besides that the gym is fine.

There isn't much point other than getting in. I was getting fee after fee after I had cancelled my subscription, so I called and they said I had to come in to cancel despite me already cancelling through the app. Fingers crossed I get my money back.

Oh boy...where do I begin? For starters, the "No judgement zone" motto is a little hypocritical. "No lunkheads" is downright offensive, right past judgemental. Then there's the issue of I cannot cancel my membership over the phone because they have no way to confirm my identity. Because it's obviously a common thing for random strangers to call Planet Fitness and cancel other random stranger's memberships? Negative 100 stars.

I signed up through the app and should be able to cancel through it but no they want one to go into the home gym to do that.

We joined three days ago. The app would be better if it tracked activity more effectively. Scan the QR codes on the machines to track weight and repetitions. Over half of the machines are not listed in the app for manual entry. Other than that, I am enjoying the workouts.
