I thought updates were meant to improve things? The latest update means I now have more clicks to access my transactions. First world problems but it's a step backwards. Halifax and Revolut apps are miles ahead.

Face recognition is so poor, it is impossible to get approval
If you are going to use face recognition to verify payment, fine, but make it a good one. I got my account locked twice because it is so tricky and difficult to get my face recognised. It has to be the perfect lighting and angle. I work in tech and I cannot get it right. I felt so sorry for the older customers. Seriously considering stop banking with RBS even I have been their customer for more than 25 years.

Glitchy now im locked out
Because they need my face to do very basic things but the app glitched out - im now locked out my account Frankly not good enough - app is absolutely awful

Now needs two clicks to view an account
This app has been a leading banking app for me compared with others that I use but a recent feature to display a second row under each account on the main screen is terrible. It now requires two clicks or taps to get the individual account menu and this second row seems to only be to display an icon relating to the account. I can't find a configuration option to turn this off. It is maddening.

Your Ui guys board?
Fancy stop changing the Ui with every single update? Degrades and becomes worse with every rollout, almost like you're purposefully optimising to obscure the experience to make it harder to manage between accounts. Just stop.
