Poor Tech support
I am using the service since last 7 years. Nowadays the tech support is very poor. Many calls are not connecting. Showing session progress… Then No answer. I emailed them many times they are telling different stories instead of fixing the issue. I think the new tech or IT support is not good to fix an issue like earlier.

You are like the vast majority of that type of company that gives a discount from €4 to €3 for new customers and doesn't even notify the ones with seniority who have been paying them for years almost without using their services and now you tell me that I have to delete the account and open a new one? To have the new rate that is cheaper? It couldn't be more ***, I didn't know that the Swiss are like that too, so we put 1* on Google Play too so that people know what they are like.
