Scam of a company!! They will keep charging you even when you don't have a subscription! There's no one to call. Emails are slow response and same with chat!

I don't usually leave comments on apps but this one is too awful to pass by. Yes, it works sometimes, but adding some money to the account is a torture! Payments always get declined. I tried different cards, different ways, different accounts. A friend of mine faced the same problem. This is ridiculous they don't want customer's money. Support is useless as well. They just respond with template answers.

Nowadays this app seems to be deceiving customers. Cant call back to home country while on abroad and with travel mode on. No support from CC. Earlier this was functioning well and now not. Update to developer response: forget about quality, first give an option to connect to a call, back to the home country. Already mailed to you but got reply that the case is closed. It was just advising some basic checks like not to use vpn, ensure travel mode on etc.

Don't believe positive reviews! I purchased a $25 credit and made one call; it said I could not connect, but the amount was still deducted. Immediately I got logged out and it's been 3 days I am unable to login because my account is in restricted mode now. No use of sending email or reaching out Customer care team. They never revert.
