Constant bugs

Impossible to reach the end of the transaction after constant bugs, you need each time to reintroduce your data and it collapses again. Website is even worse

It is one of the worst apps I know. Slow, not very intuitive. I uninstalled it in case it was a problem with my phone and now I can't reinstall it. It doesn't work with the password I had saved, and if I ask for another one, I don't get the email notification to recover the password. I called by phone and they recommended me to do it from the computer with Chrome. But I can't reinstall the app even then.

I am told that I am in breach of the free pass for cancelling a trip without an hour's notice when Renfe has notified me twenty-five minutes in advance that the train journey will be replaced by a road journey. If they want me to cancel it with more notice, they should notify me before or after that, do not indicate any breaches.

Good app that works horribly badly. It is very difficult to book trips with the pass: every time you do a search there are different trains available, almost never the afternoon ones. You have to do more than 20 searches to get the timetable you want.
