Although it has improved a lot over the years, it still has ample room for improvement. The worst thing is that when it starts asking you for data that you don't know by heart and you have to go look for it in another app on your phone, it closes and returns to the home screen without a solution. I wanted to buy a train ticket for my son and for every fact I didn't know it has been an odyssey. Five times I have started again.

App as disgusting as the company that created it. It works poorly and even on top of that there are endless waiting lists to get a ticket, and that's if we don't mention that the arrival time never coincides because the train is always late. The only thing they seek is to profit by providing a lousy service.

The App has been crashing quite a bit lately. Sometimes you have the voucher on and it resets and you have to put it back in. Or there are continuously failures to let you buy a ticket. As if the server was constantly under maintenance.
