Unfortunately, we are more than disappointed with the RTL Plus app on our TV. The app has numerous malfunctions that significantly affect the user experience. When pausing episodes, there is often no reaction at all, and the pause function simply does not work reliably. Fast-forwarding is almost impossible, which makes watching shows very tedious. This app is actually getting worse and worse from expulsion to interruptions or even a black TV... I'm supposed to pay for that, an impudence is something like that!! I won't use the subscription for much longer.... a TV with a black screen is available FREE OF CHARGE (although it doesn't even consume electricity for it) Only annoying... relax in front of the box is different(want to freak out completely, get this APP AND NUMBER)

Otherwise I always found the app good, but since yesterday the sound starts much too early than the video, which unfortunately bothers me extremely, even though I have 😕 a good Wi-Fi connection

Functions that the app should have or actually has do not work. For example, it doesn't remember where you stopped looking. Annoying when you press continue watching, but then you can't skip episodes or select which ones... Pretty weak. To select episodes you have to use the search function and type in the name of the series And now I have to log in to the tv manually via the mobile phone every time. What a dirt

Your music section is catastrophic! - Downloaded songs are not played if there is no internet connection, - edited playlists do not save, - the search function does not show the results despite correct entries, although they are in the database - If the internet connection breaks down, the app replaces and you can virtually not use it (as described above) Please fix this quickly, otherwise I will report back to spotify and Co. It's been going on like this for a long time now.

Complete disaster! Despite subscription (5,99€) several times long advertising (at least 2 minutes per interruption) per video. Quality of the streams is absolutely no longer up to date. For the price, an impudence! The app itself is underground...
