Since last Saturday I haven't been able to watch my series even though I pay for the app. I hope that will be fixed soon otherwise the current episodes that I want to see will be gone again.

It's worth watching more films and series on Megakino, as RTL+ costs more (Megakino is free) and has extremely long adverts. It's so annoying! Isn't there enough money? Do you really need a second source of income? No wonder almost everyone hates this service, because the adverts are more than annoying!

Absolutely terrible and horrible app, 1 star is too much!! Constant problems, you are simply logged out again and again, and then logging in again only works after dozens of attempts. These problems also appear on the Smart TV, and they actually charge money for it, which borders on a blatant impudence

Unfortunately, I keep finding that this new watchlist view is really annoying, especially when you have a lot in your watchlist.... before, you could see everything in a grid and quickly select something... with the view now, everything next to each other, an endless scrolling through and when you select something and go back, you go back to the beginning 🤦🏽♀️ what were they thinking? This change really wasn't necessary...

In terms of operation, it is the worst streaming app there is. The menu navigation is terrible, rewinding shows is terrible, restarting shows that have already started is not possible. RTL has used the income from viewers to program either the worst programmers, or the best ones to annoy people as much and as long as possible.

For weeks now, I've been trying to open the app and a web version appears, I'm logged out and I'm bombarded with cookies and other things! It's annoying! I have to go into the Play Store every time and find the app there and then open it so that I can get in properly. Not to mention the damn annoying advertising despite having a premium subscription! IT'S JUST A DISGRACE!

Unfortunately, there are very large gaps in the series. Episodes are occasionally missing. More stars would be given if all series really contained all episodes. Unfortunately, there is no contact person.

Biggest garbage app, what do programmers actually do for a living? You can't rewind or fast forward properly. Basically just so badly programmed and it's been like that for years.

It keeps crashing, but the biggest cheek is that I get an email saying I'll get a discount if I extend my subscription, the link doesn't work, I write an email to support, they offer to extend it if I confirm that I want it, which I didn't do, 2 weeks after it expires they simply book me a new subscription and take money via PayPal. Addendum: Customer service assumes it was booked by email from my address, but there is evidence that NO email was sent on that day
