What a pity... I used to be very happy with it, but not anymore. I can't watch any series anymore because the screen just stays black... What a waste of money.

I have the premium subscription, but since yesterday my app keeps saying that I can only watch series with the upgrade. I've only had this problem since yesterday. My subscription is paid, I've reinstalled the app and my phone also has the latest update. I don't know what else could be wrong.

I got this app with Magenta TV and I have to say that I have never experienced such rubbish as this app. The only thing that works without problems is the advertising. Poor Germany!!!6

RTL is not interested in this Rating 1.8 with data you can earn more is logical it is like shopping with aps Lidl and so on it is about the data I think it is done deliberately with nasty many errors there is the license purchase films cheaper the aps has never worked and it will not

I use the Rtl+ app on a Samsung TV and since the last update the app hasn't worked properly. For example, when I watch a series, the episode simply stops after the (usually third) advert and the picture freezes. If I then press "play", the episode doesn't continue playing, but jumps back to the beginning and starts again from the beginning. The app also doesn't remember which episode has already been seen. There are also far too many ads, despite having a subscription. I'm going to cancel.

For days now, you have not been able to play videos in the app; you always get the error message: The content is currently unavailable.

I have to say the app is rubbish, not a single film or series runs through, the app constantly closes and I have to restart it, I've never seen this happen with any other provider. It doesn't seem to be a new problem, but the developers don't seem to care. I'm sure I'll cancel it again. It's a shame, especially when you only get a standard response and have to contact customer service, who never answers anyway.
