Terribly Inconvenient
A majority of the app is alright, but the one thing is that sometimes (and, unfortunately, very commonly) there are periods of time where I simply cannot pay my card because it displays a “we apologize for the inconvenience” error message when I try to pay it (yeah, that apology does a WHOLE lot of good for my credit score). Because of this I recently missed a credit card payment by a long shot because I would get that error message for a week straight. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Worst Mobile App I’ve Ever Used
Everything is glitchy. The option to accept anything is at the bottom of the screen - interfered with by the bezel, and hard to click. The buttons often don't react to clicks properly. The authorization for facial recognition hung. The navigation through accounts is bizarre, requiring several non-obvious clicks to view an account. The help is garbage, I tried to ask a question about funds availability for a 38k check I used to open the account with and got no answers. I'm in tech and have numerous financial accounts, banking and otherwise, and cannot believe how awful this app is top to bottom. After having such an awesome experience opening the account in the branch, you kill it with this garbage. I sold tech to TD bank and knew some people on the mobile team. How on earth can you guys look yourselves in the face after producing such garbage? Fire everyone and start over from scratch.

How have you still not fixed Bill Pay? Every time I tap it or go to bill pay activity I get an error window that says "It's Us, Not You"

When you open the app it works fine. If you don't close it and restart it, it gets stuck on the first screen with a please wait message. It's pretty annoying. Everytime you use it you have to close it and reopen it. Not great.

This app is virtually unusable because, despite having a 'Remember Me' option, it still requires users to enter their full password every time they log in. This is extremely inconvenient, especially for those who don't memorize complex 16-character alphanumeric passwords with symbols.

I have a signifcant account with TD Bank, I have also been thrown off my account quite a few years ago. I have been withdrawing my money personally at two off TD Rank sites. The reason I don't use the online account iis that there were .
