I cannot accept that TEMU does not offer direct credit to the Purchaser for products that are damaged (poorly packaged). They prefer to offer hypothetical temporary credits that disappear without us noticing. Furthermore, when you buy a product offered as a gift, that product has a commercial value. If it is damaged, it is not considered as having commercial value, but rather as a "gift". One thing is certain: commercially it is wrong, but you are the ones who know.
