Quality of clothes are unmatched. True plus size. Some clothes I have to size down because they are very stretchy and roomy in the areas needed.

Amazing but…..
I myself love torrid and your clothes, earrings etc. I have recently tried to get into the app and have been stuck with the spinning circle of doom (where it's trying to load and nothing seems to be appearing) wanted to let the developers know that it isn't working. Other than that fantastic app!

I'm reviewing the app, not Torrid. I love Torrid. The app (at least for me here in Canada) is extremely slow. When I open the app, quite often a message pops up at the top that tells me to open Torrid in the app. (?!) sometimes when I do a search, nothing happens. Buttons become unresponsive, clicking on items to view them yields no results on first try. Clicking on next page, again, no results on first try. It's frustrating to use when all I want is to spend my money at Torrid!

Application freezes
The app is horrible it always freezes, and when you go to check your order status it's an error. It kicks you out, and it's not easy to shop. Do better
