The more you scroll the more lag it gets. Makes it hard to search and browse for clothes.

Virtually unusable now
I love the clothes at torrid but the app experience is absolutely terrible. Before most recent update it was already incredibly slow. Browsing items you knew to prepare yourself to wait a few seconds for items to appear and just as long to scroll. In this latest update though, the app is virtually unusable. You can't select sections from the menu. If you use search you need to wait 5-7seconds for items to appear. When they finally do appear, once you select something you can't swipe back (there is no back button) to return to the search list, there are only breadcrumbs - which if you have clicked on an item that shows in your search results but is in a different section (I searched for jackets, and then ended up selecting something on sale) then the breadcrumbs do not lead you to the search you did. Incredibly frustrating. I'm debating whether I try to hold on for another update and hope it returns to the barely 3 star version it was before or stick to only in person which means I go back to once a year 🤷♀️ terrible experience.

Why is it so difficult for Canadians?!
I use to have no issues with getting my stuff shipped to me. Now it gives me a notification that you ship worldwide and takes me to your website which does not work on mobile and I can't get anything shipped to me. I got the app so I would not have to go into the store. Why did they make it so much more difficult?!

The update is so glitchy. I can't search for anything. Even the drop-down menu isn't responsive. Extremely slow. I can't be bothered.

It would be nice if this App actually worked. Torrid is amazing but I have to shop in browser because the App never loads up. I've had this App for months hoping it'll work but the start screen is all I ever see. 1 star until App shopping is fixed.
