Can hear the programmes but cannot see them keeps crashing what's going on.

Gave me 10 30-40s adverts to watch in the middle of a show. Lost connection after about 7 of them then gave me a new list of 11 ads to watch before I could carry on with the show. You can't have a 10 minute ad break! Edit: and when I do try again later, it dumps me back at the beginning of the show after the ads, and gives me 9 more when I try to jump back to where I was actually up to.

Tried to watch the Bergerac interview on seven occasions using two different e-mail accounts and two different devices before finally getting the clip to play - very annoying. Also, as someone else has also posted, a very annoying two to three minutes of advertising every time you started to try and watch it.

Impossible 😭 Constantly crashing on ALL platforms. Virgin V6 box, constant stop start & picture degradation. I notice the U platform NEVER gets these errors when playing the "sponsored adverts". So if you ONLY want to watch adverts, this is the App for YOU / "U" !! Some great TV Shows, but simply can not watch them on a big screen successfully. Annoyingly, there's no App for my posh Sony Google TV either !! The U Service is a great idea but a total failure in implementation 🤬😤🤔🤬 ZERO Stars
