Be careful to the undesired charges

I purchased a plan and then in a second page there was the possibility to chose other “perks”, the problem is that I clicked to one of these extra to understand on what we were talking about, but by magic I automatically purchased that extra. Be careful!

I found the program difficult to navigate...it didn't seem to align with the questions asked. I asked for a refund within 24 hrs and was given Half back... something is better than nothing. Try getting a trial first subscription so if the app doesn't work for you then they let you cancel.

It's an app scam, I bought a month and was immediately charged over 69 euros for an unsolicited "subscription". There should be more control over these misleading advertising apps that scam people. Google Play should intervene and ban these practices.

It's a real scam. They overcharged me 30$ for downloading extra pdfs I didn't even see during paying for their plan. I don't even know where is pdf download button when you are paying😂 Unfortunately google suggests them.

The food option details ( indian /asian /European /American etc ) was only available before the purchase. Once purchased there was no suitable options for me. They cherged me some health package of 100 doller which was not signed up for also not ready to return. Also.

SCAM. Be very careful because you put your card details the first month and everything is ok. The thing is that the subscription is renewed automatically and without notice. The second month they charge you without authorization more than double what you initially paid and the truth is that the application is quite crappy. You can't upload fruits. You can't modify the menu if you didn't upload them on the same day. It doesn't let you modify the fasts. If you put 1 fast you screwed up, it will take you forever... It's not worth it. Scam.

Without having used the app by purchasing it 1 time on January 31st at a cost of €18.08 and above all before 30 days they stole 47 euros from me even though I sent an email to deactivate the subscription, I asked for a refund and they didn't refund me they only offered me 3 months free to use the app I refused, I think what they did wasn't fair, terrible assistance, mine wasn't a positive experience because of this incident so for me this app is worth 0.. thieves
