App fine, search not so much

This app is fine, but if you have ever used an app for tracking food intake, the search should spit out the most basic result first. Type in “coffee” the first result is just coffee, not a bunch of coffee flavored snacks and beverages. It's too frustrating to use with a search that is that bad.

What kind of a scam is this? The subscription fee, which was 35-40 dollars, was withdrawn as 2000 odd.

Charged more

I got the app agreed to pay the $25 3 month trial look in my account and see I'm charged an additional $49 ask for a refund back and am told no because we manually put in our information I haven't even used the app and doing intend to because of the way the situation was handled

It's a pity I didn't read the reviews before, I would have saved a lot of money... They charged me more than they said, the amount was for just one month but from what they explain, supposedly, it is for 3 months. Scammers

I spent $49.99 for the 1-1 coaching. I received an unsolicited question from the coach which seems to make fun of me. I think it's very unprofessional. I had asked about foods eaten in Asia and this is the unsolicited question I received: Did you already finish eating the roaches that you switched to fermented duck eggs? 🤣

This is a scam. I took out a standard subscription, after which I was charged an additional subscription of €59, without having validated any payment. I contacted customer service who told me to cancel the second subscription and proceed with the refund. Of course the additional subscription was canceled the same day, but more than a month later and 3 reminders, I still have no refund and a customer service with absent subscribers. Run away

SCAM!!! WATCH OUT!! Be very careful, you subscribe for a month for 18€ and then they charge you an additional 80€, without even informing you of the cost or approving the transaction or confirming anything, if you select extras. And then they tell you that they will not refund the extra charges because it is not their policy. In short, a complete scam. Their company is in Cyprus... go complain to God... Response to the developer: it is not true. You charge the card without asking for confirmation and you refuse to refund.

Be careful!!! They take money from your account without authorization and tell you that it is for a personal coach that you did not request. They sent me a promotion with an 80% discount of 3.99 EUR. I accepted, put in my card and they took the 3.99 + 60.49 EUR (x coach) that I did not ask for and it did not say anything that they would charge for it. And they do not give you your money back.
