Payment, no refund - no trust

Hello. I purchased the plan for 15.19$, in general end up with deduction of 15.19$, then 99.99$ and 29.96$. When I messaged to payment team, explanation was that 99.99$ was for coaching, which I selected (but never was mentioned this money amount!). At the end nothing was refunded, no solution found. I just cancelled everything, lost money in few min and deleted the apps Guys, if you don't want to have the same experience - don't ever download & pay this app!

Worst app ever

I join today and subscribe. After some time I was charged £18.99 + £49.99. Straight away after I have seen the payments I have cancelled the subscriptions and requested a refund. Emails back and forth with them. They say they can't refund. Well if they don't refund I will email every day few times. PROPER SCAM!!!! Time and money waste. I didn't even used the app. My plan was supposed to start from tomorrow. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS APP. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

After clearly explaining in a promotional video on Instagram that i saw, that the app is free to use and the meal plan is all free, i cant examine the plan without purchasing a subscription.

Since I purchased it directly on the website, after purchasing, I found that it was completely unsuitable for Taiwanese (Asian) use, so write a letter to apply for a refund immediately! Result ~ No refund service is provided, please think twice before purchasing

I changed my mind on using this app two days after I purchased a month's subscription. I contacted their help desk and asked for a refund. They initially agreed, but sent me a couple of emails trying to make me change my mind. I stood to my decision, but I never got my money back. I let you pick the name for this kind policy....

I would suggest to stay away from the app. Do not give credit card info as they will make unexpected payments up to 50€ per month (for meal plans) THEIR POLICY IS NO REFUNDS!. Stay away
