If my wife or kids use my phone while I drive. I get dinged on the app for touching my phone. There is no option to put wife/kids handle my phone while I drive.

This system is okay and the app easy too use, but it list you as driving when your actually a passenger and scores against you when your doing nothing wrong. Have to go in and fix it manually, if you think about it. Very flawed.

Keeps asking for health and fitness data, but is not updated to new iOS to make that possible.

The app is so sensitive, crushes your battery, and forbid if you make/receive a 10 minute “HANDS-FREE” call in a 2 hour drive…your score will be 40 out of 100. App stinks!

I continue to be disappointed by this app. It continually dings me for using my phone while driving and for harsh braking. Plane and simple, I do not talk on the phone, use hands-free calling, or handle my phone when driving. This app has done well in getting me to stop those habits, but that's where the good news ends. Usually the phone handling infractions are incurred if I get out of the car and get back in, say to pump gas. It's unable to distinguish such activities. Regarding harsh braking, it doesn't take into account geographic location. I live in the mountains and when coming down the Pikes Peak mountain pass there are stop lights. Apparently this app wants me to run them. Me, I prefer to hit the brakes and stop to avoid hitting others. When in the mountains, harder braking is sometimes required when going downhill. On top of those concerns, the proportion of these (inaccurate) infractions to infraction-free driving is woefully inaccurate. I don't know how they came up with their algorithm, but the number of (supposed) infractions in comparison to safe driving is way out-of-whack!!! Obviously they don't want to give their people the discount they advertise.

I have the app but I can't get a code text to me waited 10 min which probably 4-5 min I mistakenly logged out and can't get back in

Program-when we removed my wife-she doesn't drive very often-the safe pilot program left my phone completely. After some 8-9 calls to Usaa, no aid has been received or provided. Now I am being told that because I cannot submit mileage, the discount is cancelled. I am unable-& with no Usaa assistance-to reinstall the app. Very disappointed

Please fix the App. This is my FOURTH time making a comment. I get notifications that I will lose my discount because of Background redress but it's on and I CANNOT CHANGE it anyway (no option to do that). All of a sudden it's telling me permission needed for background app refresh but it's on and the app won't go any further past that. Don't know what to do. Been using it for years this is a new problem. I have reported this once already. PLEASE fix the app so we can actually use it. They were about to take away my discount because I CAN'T change the background refresh - IT WON'T LET ME CHANGE IT!!! Now it keeps telling me I used my [phone]% of the time and I DIDN'T but since I can fix the BACKGROUND refresh I CANNOT fix any issues. This is soooooo frustrating.

Doesn't do anything except track phone calls and harsh breaking. Then they find an excuse to charge you more money than they already do.
