No Trading?
Cannot enter/change trade orders on my phone. How useless! Another example of how Vanguard thinks they are protecting me from myself. I'm an adult and it's MY assets, not yours.

Without a doubt the worst investing app on the platform. Totally antiquated and glitchy. Looks like it hasn't changed since about 2008.

App will not open normally. You have to force stop it to work. It's a terrific app after you've gone through that annoying B.S. and this problem has persisted for several weeks even after I called Vanguard to complain so it's clearly a low priority.

iPad iOS 15.83
I cannot access Vanguard on my iPad, as I have been doing for years, because I cannot update to iOS 16. This software version is not available on my older iPad. My iPad is working perfectly fine but this limitation will force me to have to buy a new iPad if I want to use the Vanguard app. Such a waste and outrageous if we want to act with an eye to sustainability and eco friendly actions.

AWFUL!!!!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The newer updates/version is so ridiculous I can't find anything I am looking for in the APP anymore. It is not user friendly AT ALL. I used to be able to see so much info with my accnt and now I can't figure out any of it other than my whole balance!

Too frequent updates
I had to update the app just a few months ago and went from my 4 year old phone to my 3 year old iPad. Now my iPad no longer supports the new update demanded yesterday. I'm really not in the market for a new phone but I can no longer do simple transactions such as transferring February dividends to my checking account to cover March expenses. And to make matters more irritating l can't submit a review without creating a new nickname. Grrr

Look at the rating for this app. It's clear that Vanguard isn't concerned with making it functional. Most of the time I try to use it, it doesn't even load. I just get a spinning loading circle after logging in. So many times I've tried to buy or sell a stock only for the app to fail, and prices change before I can get to a computer to log in. I've lost money because this app is slow and inconsistent. I can't trust Vanguard with my money anymore. There are real world consequences to a bad app.
