Not remembering user

Terrible
Seriously, this app is terrible for detailed 401K info. Just getting basic performance info takes way too many clicks, and then provides as little detail as possible. Compared with Fidelity's app, this would put me off doing business with Vanguard if I had a choice.

Every time I open the app it immediately closes itself. Usually after 2-3 attempts it will open. I have the most current update of the app. Very frustrating.

Coming Soon
For at least 3 years a message saying “Coming Soon” has been popping up when I tap on my 403(b) account. What does exactly in your world “coming soon” mean? I know you will just purchase 10000 additional 5-star reviews. It's probably cheaper than fixing the app to actually do something.

Update more like massive set back
On both sides of a personal advisory call yesterday, both me and the advisory agreed the new “design” of Personal Advisor goals is SUSPECT when it comes to College Goals. I'm ready to dump Vanguard because we tried to build a goal on the phone and they ripped all of the college goal simulations out. The advisor was unable to give any suggestions on using their software to model a lump sum kickoff versus monthly contributions to a 529. This functionality used to be available before this facelift and was apparently jettisoned. Now, all I get is a “well funded” report on a new goal when I've associated no money and made no monthly commitment to it. This is ludicrous. They threatened higher rates and then stripped out actual resourcefulness. When the advisor on a recorded line uses the word “suspect” more than once, you know they have a problem with their shiny new toy. ORIGINAL REVIEW If you are shopping for advisory services and looking at Vanguard, know that none of your goal info or Advisory Services features will appear in this app. It's entirely built for self investors (or those needing a simple app near retirement) and has seen zero movement toward making it more competitive against Personal Capital. After over a year being with Vanguard PA, I regret my decision to choose Vanguard. They have rich advice but zero mobile access and have made no progress since this app refresh which coincided with my switching. I use Personal Capital daily to monitor goals that I pay Vanguard to set and manage. Something wrong with that picture.

Bad App
Tried using this app for transactions and account follow. It is not intuitive or user friendly. It provides very limited historical information about your account. It freezes up and stops working. There is no way to get help with the app and no way to provide feedback. It takes day to weeks to get and info you need.
