First off, can't download my purchased movies anymore. And the ones I did download, UNdownloaded itself. And when I go to download them again, it teases me by going almost all the way through and then goes back down to 3% and stops indefinitely. I have to log out and log back in just to make the attempt again. Second, the playback issues. The movies I did purchase for the sole purpose of downloading them (which I cant), starts over or buffers indefinitely until I log out and log back in.

Really, really hate the new format on the app. Clunky, not user friendly, and very hard on the eyes. Why did you change it? Very dislike.

Horrible user interface. Does not save your place or even remember what movie you were watching when exiting out. Awful to be forced to use this for all my purchased VUDU movies

I really like this app a lot! However, its not letting me change to full hd when watching movies. Its stuck at sd format. If they can fix this problem that would be wonderful.

I used to love this app when it was Vudu but since the switchover I haven't been able to watch my movies. It says that they're downloaded but when I select any of the movies it says file does not exist or something like that. I have no idea how to fix the problem but I sure would love to be able to watch my movies from my library again...

I have almost 900 movies purchased when this was Vudu, and i will no longer be purchasing movies on this app. Had some issues with it, called customer service and they were very unhelpful. When i told them they weren't helpful and that they were just trying to get me to hang up, they told me that i was being discriminatory to them.... No idea why they would say that at all as i was trying to be calm and understanding up to that point. DO NOT PURCHASE MOVIES VIA THIS COMPANY ON ANY DEVICE!
