Not a good experience
Not a friendly website. Very difficult to maneuver. Took several hours to make just 1 order. Site forces you to save your credit card even though you are making a 1 time purchase.

Your business model is all jacked up
Your online price is $10 cheaper than in store prices. So, I volunteered to do all the work for free. Instead, you choose to pay someone to pick it up off the shelf, move it across the store, and deliver it to me. So, my $10 savings costs you $25? $30? At what point are you losing money on this? All to not let me help you out for free? Sam Walton would be rolling over in his grave.

Never get packages
Ordered a mattress from here and never got it, delivery picture shows the mattress in a parking lot and Walmart has refused to offer me a refund. I should've known and just ordered on Amazon. Never again. I'll consider canceling my Amex premium just to get off this subscription

Worst application ever! My orders have Been cancelled and you were asking to change the password many times. It is so complicated to buy stuff in your website and your App! I preffer Amazon app

Bad app, too much forcing of the credit/subscription BS Edit: It was my first orderl, the system is terrible: a third of the items were unavailable, a third was delivered, and a third will be shipped through 2 different orders. That some hell of an unnefficient way to shop. I can not move myself which is why I use the app, and while I can survive without all food, I now have to order again somewhere else to get what I didn't receive, because Walmart is clearly incompetent. Wow very bad app
