Inaccurate data-beware
I am filing this complaint because Whoop is providing inaccurate and misleading data through their product. Over the past few years, I have reached out to the company multiple times to report that the sleep tracker was recording me as asleep when I was actually awake and walking around, which is clear evidence that the data is inaccurate. Despite raising this concern, the company showed no interest in addressing the issue. Instead of investigating or acknowledging a potential bug in their system, they dismissed my concerns and simply provided a link to request a refund. This response suggests they are indifferent to the accuracy of their product and unwilling to address potential flaws. My concern is that if the sleep data is inaccurate, then all other related data generated by the tracker is likely compromised, rendering the product unreliable. It is alarming that the company does not seem to care about the integrity of their data or the impact of providing false information to consumers.

Terrible sync after last month’s updates
Don't know what happened, but in the last month device keeps disconnecting from phone, and Sync is ALWAYS delayed… VERY bad experience. Used to be flawless, but terrible now.

Not worth it
Cool idea but inaccurate tracking, ai slop recommendations and not being able to use the app after new updates are released but not yet downloaded, makes for pretty frustrating user experience

Needs some bug fixes
Issue with inability to stop activity. Once I start an activity I am unable to stop it. Also, some times I can't set an alarm through the app.

Idea top, implementation & support flop
In itself a great app with very good features, but the WHOOP Coach, for example, doesn't work for me. The support couldn't help me either and put me off until the next update.

stay away. they will hook you in free trial then when you ask cancelation you won't be able to cancel without pay another 50 dollars for shipping back. and by the way, you pay 50 dollars and they will not bother if you don't return.

Workouts could be a bit more efficient
I've been using my whoop for 5 days now and so far i can say that i've had a good experience with the app. The only things that's a bit annoying is that when i'm doing a weightlifting workout I have to wait until i'm done working out to put my exercises in. I wish it would allow you to track them as you are doing them. I use other gym apps to track my progress and i think some ideas could be borrowed, the app is called "LiftOff".

I wouldve given 5 stars & subscribed after my trial but after trying to speak w/cust care directly & having a chatbot tell me only option is via email to help me with a somewhat pressing concern I had about my membership moving forward, now $30/month for a service not offering real time help even within bus hours, gives me 2nd thoughts. I have yet to even hear back on the email support ticket submitted 5 days ago. $30 seems exorbitant for inaccessible customer care.
