The app itself is okay, but the service is abysmall at times. They hire people who do not speak local or international language and have a sense of direction of 2 year olds or their map is simply horrible. The address is clearly written, as well as additional instructions, but these people somehow still manage to go somewhere else (mind you, the building is not even remotely hard to see or find). I know I'm not the only person who has this issue, so clearly there's something wrong on their side.

Personally, I think the app is great because I really live outside is really expensive, but that's how it is everywhere, I personally recommend it, especially if you order for the whole family

I ordered food as usual, then I noticed that I had indicated another city, contacted the support service, they said they could not make a cancellation, a refund.

Doesn't work anymore. When I tried to log in using email the app sent an email with a link to log in, not an OTP code. It expects me to have an email account set up at the phone, which I don't have. I guess I'll have to call the delivery the old fashioned way. Another thing is, if you try to log in using wrong email address, it doesn't tell you that there's no account associated with the address, and instead tries setting up an account without asking if that's what I want. Utterly disappointing.

Terrible with these "ghost kitchens" at wolt apparently they don't pay so much attention to it. For the 2nd time, my food just wasn't delivered and no one answered the phone.
