Don't put 2 orders together. They will delay you longer in one of the two to come together and as a result they will come cold.

I've been using this app for over three years, for a long time it really worked smoothly – orders were on time, contact was efficient, and the offer was quite large. For several months, however, we have been observing a huge decline in quality, both in terms of customer service and the reliability of the information provided. 0 guarantee that the original time of 40 minutes will not change in a total of 2.5 hours, orders are notoriously late, and support remains unreachable and unhelpful. I do not recommend it.

Experience in Berlin is relatively good. Time is not always adhered to, but sometimes it is earlier. However, I have also had problems with the actions, especially 2 for 1. However, I have had good experiences with customer support so far and the money was sent back to the app wallet in the event of incorrect orders. Restaurants are good, but yes quite fast food-heavy.

When writing a note in the "Other" column of address registration, I want to make it kanji by predictive conversion, but it is typed in hiragana without permission. There is a problem that the cursor moves to the end of the sentence without permission when you want to type in the middle by addition, and it is quite frustrating to write remarks. You have to copy and paste from the memo one by one, so please improve it as soon as possible

Unreliable. The order had an expected 35-45 minutes for delivery. It ended in class when I ordered it - still fine. After an hour of waiting, the delivery time jumps between 30min and "soon". It was supposed to be lunch, this way it will be a cold dinner before they deliver it... Not to mention that I probably won't be able to pick it up again, I also have my responsibilities. I had about an hour to eat it in peace as soon as it was delivered. And no one responds to the support.

The courier did not deliver the order and completed it, and I had no way to contact him. Please contact our support team and we will try to contact the courier." The response and return declaration came after 1 hour.
