Concerning result
I originally thought that the app was good until today. I scanned a tube of toothpaste and Yuka said that it was 100/100. Even though it contains fluoride which is known to cause bone fluorosis and many other bad side effects. In addition the toothpaste comes in a aluminium tube, aluminium is detrimental to the nervous system. But Yuka says fluoride risk free and it didn't rate aluminium as a concern. Please explain

RATES EVERYTHING BADLY no matter how healthy or natural something is, it always says "too caloric" or "too much sugar" EVEN IF THERES NO ADDED SUGAR! I literally scanned 100% pure fruit juice, the only thing in it was fruit juice and water, gave it a 30/100

False information
This app promotes fear mongering around common harmless ingredients.
Android

Based on a system from the EU, this app gives canned chili a 70+/100 while giving 85% lean beef 39 and pure cheese 21. The additive info fear mongers because it lists stuff each MIGHT be ASSOCIATED with but they don't have info on how much is acceptable. Literally only super helpful if you're a zealous organic vegan and even then it's misleading. I'm not one of those, I will eat my meat and dairy. useless app for anyone on a budget as well. they suggested bread that costs upwards of $7/ loaf.

I don't know what they base their products on, it's a deception. The reason why I have discovered it is by scanning flours, which according to this are excellent, cookies and cereals, of which he says that cereals (wheat flakes), with cookies, made with wheat flour and the other ingredients are the same, excellent cereals and mediocre cookies, how is it possible? Go deceive someone else.
