iPad experience is glitchy
The iPad experience for 1Password has been less than ideal for over a year, with glitches and crashing, but for the last few months, the iPad experience has been quite poor. The safari extension almost always asks for a password even though I've set it to the max time allowed. Similar thing occurs with the app itself, with frequent prompts for the password. I even changed the setting to never ask for a password and just use biometrics. I've already tried reinstalling the app, restarting the iPad, resetting my iPad, trying on another iPad. It still doesn't work… I haven't experienced glitches to this extent on iOS, MacOS or Windows. It just seems like QC isn't a priority for the iPad experience

too slow... searching through password entries painstakingly takes too much time and makes this app a piece of junk

Autofill is broken on Android and it's so frustrating to have to copy paste the password and then clear the clipboard. I don't know why it's like this. I just switched from an iPhone and 1password is seamlessly pops up as an autofill option on every login screen. On Android (Samsung s24), autofill only works 1/4 of the time (app or webpage). I have everything enabled, it just doesn't pop up as a option, even when I tried displaying under the field or at the top of the keyboard. Really frustratin

Secure bit occasionally Byzantine
Love the app through its many versions. With certain apps and websites input of passwords/usernames gets confused with native Apple-based (key chain) password app. Requires a bit of housekeeping.

I can’t use it
Disappointed that I can't use this. I do not have a laptop/computer to allow access to my passwords and found the instructions extremely complicated. I'm in my late 50's and usually manage technology well but this was just above my head! You can't use this app (as far as I can see) if you only use a phone. I cancelled my free subscription.

Pagué por una vez y de repente sacan subscripcion.
Of course! Here's a politically correct yet strongly worded translation: ⸻ “I purchased the Pro version because I considered it the best app for managing passwords. Then, you introduced a subscription model, and those of us who paid for the Pro version stopped receiving updates. It's unacceptable to treat loyal users this way—those who invested in your app early on and now find themselves without support. Forcing us into a subscription after we already paid for a premium version is unfair. If you want to implement a subscription model, do so for new users, but don't penalize those of us who believed in this app from day one.”

Terrible Support
There's been a known bug with Touch ID being enabled but 1P prompts you constantly to approve on your Apple Watch. Support refuses to keep the support request open and closes it out on you stating as a customer, I should just read the release notes. I've bee a paying customer since the early days (many years now). These are early signs the company is not doing well operationally. Shame.
1Password: Password Manager - Product Description
1Password has been helping folks forget their passwords since 2006. Trusted by millions of people and more than 150,000 businesses, "1Password offers the best combination of features, compatibility, security, and ease of use" among password managers, according to The New York Times Wirecutter.

== Generate strong passwords ==
Use the built-in password generator to create strong, unguessable passwords with a tap, then access those secure passwords on any device. 1Password works across popular operating systems as a browser extension, mobile app, or desktop app.

== Sign in automatically ==
Autofill your username and saved passwords when signing in to websites or apps. 1Password for iPhone and iPad works with Safari and apps so you can sign in to your online accounts without the hassle. You can even download a dedicated 1Password for Safari browser extension for even more seamless integration.

== Built-in two-factor authentication ==
1Password can also create and autofill one-time two-factor authentication codes for services that support 2FA, so there’s no need for a separate authenticator app – and no more copying and pasting.

== Industry-leading passkey support ==
Did you know there’s a more convenient and secure alternative to passwords? They’re called passkeys, and you can generate and save those in 1Password, too – and even use them to unlock 1Password. For sites that support passkeys, you’ll never have to generate another password.

== Sign in with other providers ==
If you sign in to websites or apps with Apple or other providers in a web browser, you can store and sign in with those logins in 1Password, too.

== Secure and organize your digital life ==
Faster sign-ins are only the beginning. In addition to managing passwords and passkeys, you can store credit cards, secure notes, banking info, medical records, and anything else you want to protect in 1Password, so your most valuable personal information is always available on any device.

== Share anything, securely ==
Share passwords and anything you store in 1Password with anyone, even if they don’t use 1Password. Securely (and temporarily) share Wi-Fi details, financial information, and other sensitive info with friends, family, or colleagues to keep that information out of insecure channels like email and messaging apps.

== Security made easy ==
Strong password generation is a big win for your personal security, but 1Password is much more than a password vault. Security features include unlocking 1Password with biometric authentication (including Touch ID or Face ID), and real-time security alerts and reporting through Watchtower. You’ll know immediately if your accounts are compromised in a data breach, so you can take the necessary action.

== Travel Mode ==
Protect your data from prying eyes while traveling with Travel Mode. Temporarily hide vaults containing sensitive information and restore them when you’re home.

== Uniquely secure, completely private ==
Protect yourself and your family from cyber criminals with 1Password’s unique, industry-leading security. We can’t see your 1Password data, so we can’t use it, share it, or sell it. Learn more about our security model at 1Password.com/security.
