Can't find my street

Ot doesn't show if the route is in construction but very precise metro timing

Was good before they did a new update. I used to be able to buy a ticket for someone else and send the QR to this person. My wife and daughter don't have this app because my bank app only allows 1 phone so only I can pay for them. Now nothing anymore and even after buying a ticket for wife + daughter and being refused by the bus driver because the ticket didn't have a QR, I didn't even get a refund or any other form of customer service. Public transport doesn't get any easier this way

Complete information to travel in Netherlands. User experience is not optimal: some delays and advertising mixed with useful info

Do not use
This app very often gives me the wrong route, and also more expensive routes! Not recommended

Used to be a very good app, but whenever I want to take the tram or bus it tells me many rides are cancelled, but 99% of the time the ride still shows up (on time). This has caused me walk very large distances or trying to find another ride, wasting time, when I didn't have to. This also gives strange advice sometimes. The good thing is that the cancelled rides are still shown, albeit further down.

Function request
In the "departures" menu, it would be nice if we could go back to earlier departures. It doesn't show departures that are already there. Same function that is in the planning. Where you click on earlier departures. That would make this a great app

Doesn't make any sense
The number of minutes of delay is never correct, and today I waited half an hour for a bus that didn't come while the app said it was running. Even the next bus didn't come.

This app used to be good but now the autocomplete search function, is completely broken!
