The app is good, but it's been a while since I could log in. I formatted my cell phone and, when trying to enter my account through Google, or by phone number, the app asks for the password and after validating, instead of entering, it automatically goes to the registration section. when I enter my data and email, it says "Registered Email". I saw people complaining about the same mistake, and nothing of resolution

I really need to use this App but the wait is very long from 25 to 30 minutes waiting for a car, and sometimes when they are the ones who cancel, they still want to charge the cancellation fee, playing for the passenger... Hello I'm trying a lot of problems on the 99 because I call the paid driver then I leave the car I'm going to do what there is stops but when I go to call the app again it's there charging a fare and I had already paid the irresponsible driver put it with if I hadn't paid and I'm going to stop using the 99 for a while.....
