Very glitchy

I spent lot of time trying to book a flight on their website and kept getting errors once I got to the name section - it wouldn't allow me to input my name. It seems it forces you to download this app. Even then, the app had same issues as website when it came to changing the name for payment info. By default it gives you the name of the person who is flying in the payment section but doesn't allow you to change the name to the person who is actually paying for the flight. Allegiant can do better.

Honest Review.

Just recently I was blessed to take a little vacation with some family. Allegiant was our provider, long story short our flight was delayed almost 4 hours going to South Carolina, coming back our flight was almost 3 hours delayed. In total we waited almost 8 full hours just to board these flights. Anyways as we finally get our plane and board, inside was such a mess, the smell was horrific and the services provided by the airport staff was awful as well. The flight was short and fast less than 2 hours coming from FL to SC and we ended up waiting much longer due to the plane being late. This company I will never fly again I typically fly with Jet Blue. Allegiant Airlines respectfully is cheap therefore the service you will get is cheap.

Never works. I tried changing my flight would make me log on over and over. Today I tried to check in. Wants a new password I changed the password and it takes me to log on. I login with new password prompts me to change password again. WHAT is the reason??!!!

Can't book flights or update my account password. It just says, "Something went wrong." Terribly unhelpful. The only reason it isn't 1 star is because it at least lets me see flights of family when they visit (or at least it did before this latest update).

The glitches are not allowing me manage my trip. I click the button and nothing happens. I can't see my rental car booked for next week or the trip details. I hope we will be able to check-in when the time comes!

The official app of Allegiant Travel & Allegiant Airlines. Book your vacation online at www.allegiantair.com, then use this app to make the most of your trip.

Passengers can follow their trip on a card-by-card basis in the app. Each phase in the trip is represented as a card in a timeline of the whole journey. Just tap on the cards and follow the instructions to manage the trip, check in for the flight, display the boarding pass and get departure and arrival information. You can also book your flights via the app.

Passengers can also:

• Automatically download trips onto their mobile phone if logged into their My Allegiant account.
