This app is unreliable, constantly crashing or kicking you off. Once you try and finalize trip.Then when you try again trip is always more expensive!! Very frustrating then when I call Allegiant I end up with another high price. Also bank of America has not honored the points they advertised when I applied.Told me it was a different offer. Lost out 10,000 points.Im done with this airline and bank of America.

Terrible the app does not work at all. Got to the end of the booking and it said it could not update my info... has said error now constantly. Some update. Thanks a lot Alligiant. Never mind, I guess I will go somewhere else on a different airline for my holiday. ;[

The app crashes way too much. I get messages like "please wait processing". And it goes on and on and on and doesn't stop until my battery dies in my phone hours later. Don't get me wrong I love allegiant airline. But there app just doesn't work most of the time. And customer service when you call them pretends like no one's called in and said anything about their app not working. Generally customer service doesn't care if they're apps work. And they won't offer to help fix it.

Passengers can follow their trip on a card-by-card basis in the app. Each phase in the trip is represented as a card in a timeline of the whole journey. Just tap on the cards and follow the instructions to manage the trip, check in for the flight, display the boarding pass and get departure and arrival information. You can also book your flights via the app.

Passengers can also:
• Access and review upcoming trips.
• Automatically download trips onto their mobile phone if logged into their My Allegiant account.
• View and add seats, purchase bags and upgrade to Priority Boarding.
• Receive important flight status notifications
• Take advantage of a variety of self-service functions
• Provide feedback about their Allegiant experience

Using the Allegiant mobile app can save passengers money and will allow them to zip through the airport without ever printing a single piece of paper.
