Website needs serious help!
After being g directed to this site to sign in and link my smart watch the app won't even accept a valid cell number to verify my account. This AARP site is not user friendly at all.

This app is slow to process, it times itself out. I wanted to use the games and stuff for brain health and had to download another app to use those features. That app doesn't even work. 2 apps and they both have issues.

UPDATE: The Latest Update Was a Downgrade
1.23.25: The issue with the watch no longer syncing with the app continues. Every month the reward section seems to go under an upgrade/maintenance which results in the watch being disconnected and login issues. You have to uninstall the app and start all over again. 🤷🏼♀️ 11.1.24: The app keeps disconnecting from my Apple Watch which results in lost points. There's no warning or a heads up or anything on the app stating that it's no longer working. 🤷🏼♀️ 10.7.24: Here we are months later and the app still is so broken it's difficult to use. None of the issues that I noticed before have been fixed. We're talking at least three months now. You can't do anything with your points whatsoever on the app. At some point my watch was no longer synced with it. :( Previous review: The app has been pretty useless since the last update. None of the links work in the "More AARP" section which means you can't redeem your points without logging in on a PC and accessing it from there. This has been a problem for about two weeks and yet nothings been done to fix it. 🤷🏼♀️

I canceled my hole AARP membership I was told that I would not be charged for the phone service and next thing I know I have a 63.00 bill of $128 then one of the customer service agents hung up in my face after talking very calmly try to explain that I was told I would not be charged and would not have to worry about it I talked to another AARP agent and he was getting upset going back and forth with me.
