If I remembered password I wouldn't have TRIED to change it. Umpteen notification numbers to enter, each time sending in vicious circle. I keep getting told I'm not a member...so what did I pay $15. for? A cooler bag I could have got better for less at Walmart? Can't enter sweeps & things or get in on points...so what is the point?

I logged in this morning and lost all of my points. I went to live chat on AARP app and they said they have no record of my points. I also had to sign up again for my emails and newsletters. Obviously, there is a huge issue in their part that they are not admitting. I have no choice but to cancel my membership since they won't help me.

Horrible app
After attempting for 30 minutes, my account could not be set up. Initially, I tried on my own then got someone to help. I reset my password multiple times and could never get an email sent to me. Tempted to cancel membership.

Doesn’t recognize password
I can log onto my account on my computer with my computer. When I try to open the app it doesn't recognize my account. I even tried changing passwords. I got a message stating that my password had been changed, but when I tried to log in with the “new password” I received a message saying that it didn't recognize the account. I checked on my computer and it let me use my old saved password, but not the “new” one created. It's as though the App isn't connected at all to the account that I use online. That's just flat out bizarre. Fix the App.
