Inconsistent
Constantly goes down. I can never see my favorites items and I'm always signed out. I love the clothes but the app is terrible.

App is very slow
Abercrombie has made strides to make their clothing with incredible quality for a reasonable price. However, I can't help never look at anything on the app because it is SO SLOW. I tried to buy some stuff on Black Friday and gave up it was so slow. And over the last few weeks I've tried and each time I give up.

Constantly glitches and shows my cart and liked items as empty
This app is so frustrating to use sometimes. Only about 15% of the time it lets me view my liked items. 60% of the time I can actually view my cart. Someone needs to fix it because I shouldn't have to constantly switch off the app and onto safari to actually see my liked items.

Inefficient and Glitchy
I love Abercrombie's clothes, and the app mostly runs smoothly while you're shopping, but over time it's awful. It seems the Favorites tab is capped out at 50, and on top of that, I've come back to the app and ALL my favorites are wiped out. If an item goes out of stock while it's in your bag, you have no way to view the item, so you can't go back to the item and favorite it so you can buy it later. I've bought a lot from here, but it probably would've been more if not for the app operating so poorly.

Great when working
The app as a whole is pretty good to navigate in, and provides a good shopping experience. However, the app does glitch quite a bit. Selected favorites will not show or randomly be erased. Items do not stay in stock for very long either.

Doesn’t work
Used to love this app but it won't let me update it! The app won't even open! They need to make an older version of the app available so the app works on all iPhones!
