Again great disappointment and dissatisfaction
I fulfilled all the obligations and requirements of a VIP customer - consumer. I properly ordered, paid and received the ordered product, which I was looking forward to. However, after unpacking the package, I was unpleasantly surprised, disappointed - indignant. The package contained a product that I did not order at all, which I, of course, was not interested in at all! I sent the package back. I think that such a thing should not happen to a serious business. I do not understand that if I had made such a mistake at work, the employer would immediately take appropriate measures. I express great dissatisfaction with such an inconsistent, flattering approach, which unnecessarily took away my time and energy.

Filter functions are not only too spartan, they don't even work. If you look at a brand, you have to scroll through all the items for women AND men and you see items that don't match the size filter and are therefore sometimes not available. Time-consuming and nerve-wracking, so not recommended.

Bad customer service: the app itself is fine, the customer service is terrible. Reaction to an incorrect delivery (different item than ordered): they have no way of sending me the correct item as a replacement, I should order again. The customer service staff didn't care that I would have to pay additional shipping costs because of their error.

The "coupons" are misleading and do not work for products that you already have in your shopping cart. The app is also confusing and overloaded. Will be uninstalled immediately.
