In the narrow field of Full Opiate Based-Pain Medication Pharmacotherapy (CNCP), that is NOT Addiction Oriented, what I've seen over some years now is Very Dated and OUTdated Articles. It is the Single reason I am Not a paying devotee. The one article inspiring This adverse review is 12 Years Old. I fully realize I may be being unfair as these articles will come to represent inaccurate historical data someday. Conversely I appreciate the Sheer Volume of Articles. Put a way to "continue where you left off" when reading with longer text, because sometimes it has 40 pages and when you leave the app it goes back to zero and sometimes we don't remember exactly where we left off reading

Unfortunately, exorbitant prices. It is also not clearly clarified in the description of the app.

I cant read anything!!??? It has some problem with internet connection but I'm literally connecting to my wifi??

It is a very good application to search for pdf and so, everything was going well, I downloaded and downloaded them but sometimes it is constant that they are not downloaded and are loading. It's a problem, it happens to me constantly. Only occasionally do you download them quickly. But very good app

The app is good, but using it is messy and unintuitive

I have found this app and website extremely helpful for many years for sharing my writings and reading those of others. The price for Premium subscription has been reasonable and worth it for me. Then suddenly this year the price more than doubled with no warning. I do see a box on my account page that was not checked for notifying auto renewal. I would not have known to check that box until I saw it. Was it recently added? Make sure you check it! I was so shocked at the charge on my credit card that I thought it was fraud as did my bank, and I needed to get a cancel my new credit card and get a new one. There is absolutely no refund for not catching this. After this now expensive paid for year I will not be renewing Premium subscription!

It's good, but sometimes some books can't be found.

App does not work at all! I cannot even log into the app itself. It constantly gives me a notification saying “Network Unavailable. Contact Customer Support” regardless if I am connected to WiFi or 5G connection. Fix this bug in your mobile app!
