Couldn't get the website to let me order my product. Had to download the app. The website wouldn't advance beyond my address despite entering in a passcode 6 or 7 times!

For shopping it is good for CC account management horrid. Every time you log in you have to have a code sent to your email. Once you get your number from the email and get back to the app it refreshes the app and forces you to log in and have a new code sent!

This site is extremely difficult to check out. It refuses to let me purchase with my credit card even though the information is correct. The complete purchase was grey. It kept referencing me back to enter cc info in but everything was filled in. Took over an hour to buy a pair of pants. Not a good experience.

It's irritating that the app overrides going to the actual Academy website. Ever time I try to go to the website, it goes to the app which is worthless when trying to look at firearms.
