Making payments on your Academy card impossible

They redesigned the app for Academy Sports. It's great if you want to make a purchase online, but you used to be able to make a payment on your card. Now it's impossible to find anything that leads you to a location where you can easily make a payment to reduce your credit card balance. Even under the section where it says “Manage Account” there is no place to make a payment on your account! So they want you to spend money, but they seemingly don't want you to truly manage your account?

I have tried more than a dozen times to register and pay my bill using "Easy Pay" and it has never allowed me to make a payment. I've never been able to successfully have the app retrieve my account info. Terrible.

Everything is good till it got to the checkout, one it doesn't let you split pay. My husband just got home from the hospital and he needs shoes badly. I pick 2 for work one casual. the two for work will be delivered 2 day and the casual has to. be picked up at the store and they can't just bring with the other ones. thanks a lot Academy for the help great customer service haha

My issue is the exact same as a Thomas Harris from 9/6/24. I just downloaded the app. I did my search so I can buy some camping supplies, tapped on a product to look it over, but then absolutely cannot go back to my search using the phones back feature nor the app's back button. It is now 6 months later and seems like the same issue exists. Maybe it's my phone. I have a Google Pixel, if that helps. Good luck

Disfunctional

I have had multiple failures when trying to use promo codes. Needed to place an order 2x with a $20 off $100 and it always failed saying it was already used and the 20% off sale was the same thing. I am done with Academy after years as a loyal customer
