This new thing with the map view and the list popping up is awful! The list is too sensitive and keeps disappearing or going back up to the top if you don't quite scroll correctly. It's very annoying! I don't know why you changed it. It was fine as it was before.

App doesn’t work Error af!

Your app is horrendous whoever design it doesn't have user interface in mind freaking hard to navigate where you want to select and once you pressed back it went back to square one and it constantly came up with “something went wrong. All the data has not been correctly transferred. Please try again later.” Error means people cannot book rooms that means no revenue for you smart app developer!

Not working on iPad.

Opened on a blank white page. Nothing happened. Deleted app. Reinstalled app. Opened on a blue page with a spinning icon. Nothing happened. Used a web browser. Worked.

The privilege program in Russia ended its work without any notice. Points cannot be deducted (even if you have used them for the past). I don't see the point in it anymore. Support phone numbers do not work in Russia. I have been using the services of this hotel chain for 10 years, a client of "Platinum".

It is not possible to register old reservation due to an error in the app. There is no way to report the bug. There is no conctact. There is nobody you can contact with. No support at all.
