App not working apparently
Despite booking everything via the app, you have to chase the individual hotel to credit you the points. All pretty useless - and when you turn to customer service - they do nothing but delegate you to get in touch with the hotel that has not responded previously. Since 2025 All Accor has lost any value for me.

My app is showing Arabic although my chosen language is in English. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but its still in Arabic

App a bit clunky
App works ok but some functions need more logical approaches by way of app instruction. It did the job.

Very poor customer service. I had raised a request on loyalty program for my account on Feb 3rd week and it has still not been resolved despite multiple follow ups. Ticket number - 18445173

unfortunately the app is not improving but Accor move more functions to it (e.g. the voucher for welcome drinks but they don't appear in the App) so you can not avoid the app anymore and live with all the issues. it remain easier to bock over the website.
