I changed my phone and reinstalled this game. I logged in with the exact same Facebook account, and it even said, "You have logged in to this app before." But the account itself was reset. All my items, vehicles, and in-game currency were all gone. When I went in and searched for the nickname of my old account, it said that the nickname did not exist. I don't even know how to contact customer service about this, and my character was reset only for this app, while other apps with the same Facebook account were still alive. I pressed the restore button more than 10 times, but there was no change. This is a game that I put my life into. Please give me a good answer.

how about this, because lately every time I play I always meet opponents who are not on par or very different from us, it feels unfair if it's like that, how can the game be successful in Indonesia if the opponents are not on par.... matchmaking is also very slow.... please fix that, the rest is good in terms of graphics, gameplay and the game size is not too big
