I have an Acme store right down the road from me, but when I enter my zip code it keeps saying "Unfortunately, service is not available in this zip code" and I can not go any further in the app. I am very disappointed I can't use your app since I shop at your store so often.

Can't search. For the past couple of weeks every time I try to do a search the app freezes. At one point I uninstalled it and installed a new copy and it's still won't search. What's going on?

A while back my phone number was used by a family member to make an account on here and I completely forgot. Tried the app to make my own profile with email first, entered number said it was taken, one big back and forth later and now I'm with my only account under my email BUT it wount register my number. A pop up saying "Service Problem We're having technical difficulties right now and we're working on fixing them. Please check back later". BUT IT KEEPS COMING UP NO MATTER THE WAIT!

Updates gets worse each time
Why does the next week ad disappear every time there's a new update. It's pointless in having the app.

Chat function doesn’t work
The chat function only works occasionally. The link for an online order to approve substitutions and to start a chat just brings me back to an order completed page where I can't make any adjustments, even though the items are still being selected and it's in the shopping phase still.

Reward system
Since the last update now I can no longer check rewards at a higher point system. So I can't see if I wanna save my points for a higher tier or not. This needs to be reverted so we can see what our points can get us. The app continues to take away this incentive to make people spend.

Small but very inconvenient change. Since the recent update I am no longer able to keep filter settings between searches for items. As the app takes a while to update the items list each time I set a filter, this inconveniences me quite a bit when I need to search for multiple items and re-set multiple filters each time. If possible I would like to make a request to the devs to bring that feature back.

Serious accessibility issue with the latest Acme app
As a blind person, I use the iPhone Voiceover feature. The latest version of the Acme app has a serious accessibility issue for those of us who use that feature! When I go into the members tab and double tap on the button that lists the current number of Points, it takes me back to the iPhone home screen. I now need cited help so that I can use my points, which I did not have to worry about until this latest version
