I have had ADT at my past 3 homes a total of about 9 years. In my current home, I am renting it out and where I'm moving it already has a monitoring system. I called ADT to cancel my service and the customer service representative told me I would have a $380 bill for disconnection. I told her I was a long standing customer and I thought that it was ridiculous. She got quite and put me on hold came back and say ok it will be disconnected this week, never mentioned the disconnection fee again. Fast forward 2 days later, now I have a bill for $461. I did like having the security of ADT. But after these past few experiences with them. I wound not recommend or ever use them again.

Need a ADT update on bugs security I have did everything as possible and have neighbors, steal, penetrating and getting in my system. Need help fixing it. Need a security update. When is the next update gonna happen? I'm pretty sure I'm not the only customer wondering about the security update bug fixing security.

The only good thing so far about these cameras is that they tell me if someone was in my yard, and the notifications come so late, that the person or animals gone before I know they were there, I am not happy with this app or the cameras. I got 3 of them, if I were able to, I would get the Google cameras, but I wasn't told anything about them until much later, ADT acts like they don't want to sell you the better cams, I can't imagine this is the first complaint.

I've had the adt system and app for about 3 years, and it has been very spotty at times. My biggest concern is the response time on the alerts, especially the doorbell alerts. I usually miss when someone rings the doorbell and are able to communicate. Is there and update to fix?

I will never use ADT for anything, your service is terrible, any time I call it takes anywhere from 20 to 30 min to get to the right department to help and even then I have to sit through a sales pitch before anyone will address my question. I don't have 30 min to just sit on the phone and wait
