Easily the worst app ever. I cringe every time I have to use it. The only thing worse than the app is the website. I wish their online exclusives weren't staples in my wardrobe, so I could primarily shop in the store. Always great customer service, though.

they have good benefits for users but the app does not give me any nearby store to pick up my order, not even if I put the same CP of the shopping center where the AE 🙄 stores are located

It's been two times that I make a purchase and they refund my money because "there was no availability" or because "I canceled it" both cases lie, don't download it!!!
