This app is good when it works

I have continued to update this app and even have the newest iPhone 16 right now and it is still glitchy. It will not let me favorite any items and always is on “load” when I try to go to something else on the app. So frustrating!

This is the second time I have placed an order and the payment is withheld, and the order is not registered; the first time was during the Buen Fin and the second this week. It is a problem because the payment is withheld and they do not release it until 30 days have passed. I thought it was my phone, but we just placed the order for my wife's phone and exactly the same thing happened, it seems that the order is placed but it is not registered; now I have to request a refund for the two orders made because they do not provide a solution.

This app has turned into complete garbage!! I haven't been able to get into the app in four days! I can't track my orders and now there's an issue with my order and I can't even open the app to check the stupid notifications! I've never had an issue until now. I also cannot login on to the website from my phone because it automatically takes me to the app

Guess I’m not buying pants

I like the app. Love the brand. But can someone tell whoever is in control of the modeling to stop having the models pull their pants half way down? I'm trying to buy the pants not the underwear they're wearing underneath of them. It's hard enough to shop online but I can't even tell what the dam pants actually look like🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

The app gets so glitchy when it comes times to pay. The payment page will refresh over and over and makes it difficult to get payment info entered
