I can't even open the app comes out that my email is not verified and I try to make a new account and I can't because it already exists :(, I'm very stressed with this app.

I don't like that every now and then, every time I want to enter the app I have to write my data (name and number rewards) and once inside my reservation is not saved, I also have to write my reservation code every time I want to make any query about my flights!!

The updates they have made to the app are very bad, it does not let me log in, in 1 single attempt to enter I got a message that there were already many attempts and that my account had been blocked. I click remember and it doesn't save the user. You must do something now, you made this app vital and it doesn't work as it should.

It's crashing too much, you have to log in every time you leave the app and it's tedious 🤦🏻 ♀️🤦🏻 ♀️🤦🏻 ♀️ it won't let me access my account I can't buy my flight

I don't know what they broke but the app works horrendously. Half the time it deletes your reservation, does not let you check in and after a while it closes simply when you open it. The only solution is to clear the cache
