Horrible app
Doesn't work. Will log you out over and over again. If you pay for anything make sure you check your card statement. I was charged twice for attempting to change my seat. In the end I ended up having to call the airline to get my refund and to attempt to change my seat which they said was not available but showed as available on the app. The other app by this airline is even worse.

Slow, sloppy, non functioning
Worst airline app I've ever used. Took forever to check-in; said it added boarding pass to Apple Wallet which never happened. Gave up and went to their site.

Great in being the worst
Congratulations, yo are Worst airline app by far!!! (It takes dedication to do so) Extremely slow, keeps crashing, needs to be thrown away and start from scratch, and has being like that for many years ( Reigning champ at worst airline app competition )

Terrible

Horrible App
It's completely useless. I always have to check in at the airport because the app never works. Just a frustrating debacle every time. Seems almost every time I go to use it there is an update. But it never gets improves in the slightest.

Not useful
It does not allow me to log in, I enter my data and it says that they are incorrect, and when I try again with another numbering it crashes and closes. It's very annoying, it's been like this for more than a month!!

Error with points
It never lets you pay with points. You get a yellow error and they make you call where they charge you another amount just for the management
