The app doesn't work. I try to log into my account and it appears blocked for 24 hours because I exceeded the maximum number of attempts when it's the first time I log in. Please fix that...

Terrible app. I personally use it for work, my flights are purchased through this airline. It's a shame that it doesn't work properly and doesn't recognize the number of rewards they themselves grant. I hope they listen to their customers and solve the problems their app represents.

It's a torture to try to buy tickets through the app, apart from being slow and repetitive in certain steps, when you try to log in it shows you an error, it gives you time to make the purchase which you lose because it takes so long to go from one option to another, if you want to pay with a card and exit to activate the digital card it deletes all your information, if you try to pay with Paypal you get a sorry an error occurred and from there you can't get it, the same if you try to buy on the website it's also disgusting

IT'S CRAP! It's not possible that Viva or Volaris have an app that's a thousand times better. IT NEVER WORKS, I've had to install it a thousand times. It's the WORST APP I've ever used. INVEST IN GOOD ENGINEERS!!!!!!

They have stopped maintaining this app, that's why it sends you so many errors. Now you have to download the one called AMX 2.0 which works very well.

I thought it was my cell phone, but seeing other opinions I realized that no, this app is garbage, it doesn't work, you have to struggle to open your rewards account, to check in, etc. The Viva Aerobus app is better.

I'm surprised that low-cost airlines have better apps than Aeromexico. It always logs me out of my account, it never saves my flights even if I've entered them.
