Stuck in an endless loop of "it's time to update your app from the Play Store." Update it, start the updated app, and get, "it's time to update your app from the Play Store." Have lost count of how many times I've gone through with the update. Would be great if it eventually worked.

It won't allow me to sign in. IT'S ABSOLUTELY USELESS! I would give it negative stars if I could. It can't even do the first (and most basic) thing that it should be able to do - the thing that it needs to do before doing anything else... Updated today and it fixed NOTHING!

Terrible coverage
Nothing is covered or small discounts but I see profits 25B? Web Site is not fully accessible with looking up coverage of Rx since one month it's covered then the next it's not covered. Web site needs improvements and with all of these profits you would think it'd be better.

Claim Denial
Did not receive any indication that my claim was denied until late 1/13/25. However, the denial on the app indicates it was denied on 1/5/25. The denial indicated I would receive a letter concerning this denial, but as of 1/25/25, I have received nothing in the mail. I believe that 20 days is more than enough time for me to receive their documenting letter concerning this matter.

Cost of prescriptions
I just received a prescription for Entresto 24-26 mg tablets 30 day supply and a prescription for Jardiance 10 mg tablets 90 day supply. The cost for the Entresto was $269.80 after the Aetna discount and the cost of the Jardiance was $688.85 after the “Aetna discount”for a total of $958.65! I am a Senior Citizen on a fixed income! How am I supposed to exist spending this amount on only two drugs? Please respond Thanks Steven Lee
