They keep bombarding you with noreply emails that there is still a task to be done without mentioning what it is. Asking what they mean in the explanation is not responded to. Highly annoying!

Doesn't work anymore...

The app no longer wants to open, says that my imac is jailbroken, while that is certainly not the case. Too bad, this makes downloading documents for your own archive very difficult. Could something be done about this?

I have a new phone (Samsung S25). Undergoing all the steps neatly. Now I'm standing still on a screen without a "next" button. While the screen says that I have to press it. Now I can't do anything with it anymore, just can't get any further. When I want to log in via the web, I have to give an authentication on the app, and vice versa. As a result, I don't make any progress. VERY BAD SOFTWARE, WORTHLESS.

What a terrible and frustrating app, logging in is always a problem! Need a code that is not sent to my email and without a code for the app the web environment is not available either. Have had this problem before, now a new phone and again the same thing...!! I get a lot of unnecessary frustration from this app
