I like the app and concept, but you better hope you don't need customer service! It's all outsourced, and the say they'll help, but they don't. I've needed to dispute a charge, they never processed it, luckily the business itself sent a refund. They won't provide any help with your account, they make you wait a full week until your payment processes because it takes that long, and then they still won't help with your issue. I'm probably going to be done with this app due to bad/lack of support.

They do not honor customers who may have a little hardship but still paid on time . Never missed a payment Just got cut off like some disease

It's very frustrating that this app continues to just say, try again later. I'm trying to buy tires for my car. It's winter here in Minnesota now. I need new tires. What can I try????

Pushing through notifications to come and shop with the app, no purchasing power available. Dont waste my time with notifications if there is no business to be done. That tarnished my view of your app and I was a big fan of it.
