About 6 months ago i tried using affirm for a walmart purchase and they had denied me for whatever reason that wasn't explained and told me to try again in 6 months well today i tried again and they told me i was again denied and to try again in 3 months like what do i have to do? my credit is good and i have a job i don't understand why i keep getting denied. this app is useless to me and i will no longer be using it. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

New update
I do not like the new layout of the app. It's a lot more confusing. It only shows you the amounts you owe for different loans but doesn't tell you when they are due like it did before the update. At a glance i can't see when my payments are due and i have to go i to the specific info for each loan. It makes the user experience a lot more difficult. I want the old layout back.

Suggestion from a loyal customer
I would love an ‘add to cart' option for our payments. I am not someone who likes to wait and I have it come out of my account. I prefer to have it come out when I know it's coming out. So I tend to pay on my loans early. However, the issue I'm having is making multiple payments to my bank account is causing issues because it locks my account for too many transactions. It would be wonderful, just an FYI, to be able to add a payment to a cart … then I can add in as many payments as I want in and then pay in one lump sum so it only comes out of my account in one lump instead of 4 to 5 multiple ones. This is just an amazing suggestion from a very loyal customer. I'd be truly helpful if you could make that happen.

I like affirm. But what I hate about it is how long they take to process a payment. I can't guarantee the money will still be there when they decide they want to take it. It should be instant like some of my credit cards are or my Fingerhut account. Because otherwise you're just screwing us both.

Not happy with affirm. I made a purchase with them on payment plans but not the down payment is not showing in my account like it did before. Don't know if this is normal.

Not recommended! They approve loans, took your down-payment from your account and then declined the loan, it is a big deal to get your money back...

Have 6000$ buying power. Won't approve a 50$ purchase for in-store purchases. Because I don't have my old phone.
