The reservation I did was correct with the number of guests while I made the reservation, but the app has changed by itself with booking confirmation the number of guests was incoorect as supposed to be and when I went to check in i had to pay more. I need to be very careful with using this app. next time. If I use it!

Due to the typhoon application for postponement or cancellation, Day1 told you that you can only cancel and can not be postponed and negotiate with the hotel to agree to a 100% refund, Day2 told you that you can only refund 50%, Day3 directly becomes non-refundable, and finally fortunately contact the hotel to agree to a full refund, what kind of disaster customer service is this, and even sent a contract to the middleman (local tourism industry), agoda customer service has no ability to deal with this, it is recommended not to use agoda, otherwise the accident is guaranteed to deal with the stroke.

I am very much disappointed. You guys debited amount and confirmed th booking but refused to give me a room to stay.. No proper response from customer care.. This is basically a scam by Agoda and poor customer service..

scams users with false prices on selection page, and in the payment page the price jumps (from €65 to 83). Also the first time user 10% discount is a lie. I tried it simultaneously with a friend, and they were showing the new user a 8% higher price, so the 10% discount is actually just 2. Sketchy product. If a PM reads this, value your user experience and trust over these short term business goals.

App didn't allow me to make payment during booking. AI chat virtually useless, pun intended. When you trust AI to do all your heavy lifting, stupid is as stupid does. Brickbats to you. My money goes elsewhere.

I used this for a while and initially it seemed fine, but their customer service is terrible. They don't listen to concerns and it's like dealing with a bot. You end up repeating yourself endlessly without any resolution. Their team lacks understanding and can't address issues properly. While they're good at sales, customer service is a complete failure. It's frustrating, and I don't recommend it. They need major improvements in how they handle customer support.

Worst customer support, I am trying to enquire about my cashback. I have try to claim the cashback but it's showing in app, rejected by bank and I am not able to claim it again. And this AI customer support is of no use. Totally waste of time.
