Agoda is a cheater company. Don't utilise this app specially for hotel booking. First they will say that you will get cashback after checkout from the hotel but once you logging in the app it will be showing that you had cancelled the booking even you didn't cancel. And they will kept your cashback amount by saying that as you have cancelled the booking you will not get the cashback amount. And also hotels rooms are not as per expectation what is showing in the image on app.

Support team is useless. Just wasting coustomers time. After sending the pictures of unhygienic property twice no one is ready to help me. The property is very unhygienic and Full of peast and insects. No AC. Please don't waste your time on this app. This is fraud app.

I have already ordered a written cancellation, so I asked for a refund, meaning I want to rebook the hotel directly and after 3 hours the hotel can be re-booked, it was confirmed after I had ordered again because it was written in the application that there was a cancellation from Agoda. I was disappointed that there was no financial refund.

Hello, Tet, go to VAY9 page. [phone]M, you can borrow money, it's good., Scam app, scam hotel, the app knows it's a scam but doesn't support to resolve and refund the customer. Booked a room overnight but the hotel said it can only be used for 2 hours. Reported to Agoda but it didn't resolve. Even with clear email evidence, it still didn't resolve. Now I don't know who to sue. Lost money for nothing. Boycott this damn app.

These online hotel booking apps are the biggest cheats.Specially Agoda, pathetic customer service.Even if you book room and pay full amount, hotels will deny checkin and these pathetic cheats won't help you at all.In the end you and your family will have to suffer and money will also be gone Shameless people.

It's very bad for the payment system, it says 30 days but after 30 days you can't immediately enter, you have to do it one by one and each payment has to wait 5 working days. When you don't work for 5 days, the reason is a long holiday. The money isn't much but the payment to business partners is really complicated.
