The fees charged by the platform are really more and more expensive. Which can sometimes represent more than 20% of the final sum. This is somewhat abusive. In addition, business trips should not be subject to tourist tax!

Fees to book are absolutely horrible, sometimes 20/25% of the price... Prefer Booking or depending on the country a local app you will find the same reservations without the fees. My review was deleted, I am reposting it because it means it is true but it bothers them that we say it.

Don't like this last update. It makes you search area rather than just dragging around to see what's avaliable. Feels like your missing places that are options. Light green color is off putting too. Hard to see true terrain like mountains.

The app in Bolivia was really useful to me, but with the whole [name] issue in my country, it no longer allows us to make card payments. As a suggestion, it would be to be able to pay by the QR method or some other option so as not to stop using what for me as a traveler is the best option in accommodation.

All is good, but commission is too high for every booking. I rent the flat and I have to pay a lot just to rent for a couple of days.

Airbnb support is outrageous and inefficient! As a guest, as long as you have paid they don't care about the rest and you will be at the mercy of any dishonest host. A succession of assistants on the phone who say "I have put a note on your file and you will be called back" but nothing happens.
