Can't use the app because "something went wrong" every time I try to register with either my email or phone number. Also I don't wanna have download another app to track my package! I have a tracking number, just let me use that through your website!

Have not been able to log in to the app on 4 deliveries, get the message something has gone wrong

1 day late. Not the best update to the delivery.

Two latest deliveries with broken packages. Today I was waiting for an important delivery that is needed before tomorrow. No one is seen outside the house, but suddenly the courier calls. I answer but the person on the other side doesn't say anything. Then it hangs up and I get a message that they tried to deliver but couldn't. Very clear that the courier chose to skip one and now I didn't get my item that I need until tomorrow. Why should we pay for these services when they are not performed correctly? Broken packages and missed deliveries. What is the compensation? Nothing. Solution? An apology. I will never use their services again.

Expected delivery to my area is almost always set to 1 min before the closing time window and often leads to postponing to later day. The app itself though shows the car almost outside my home at the expected delivery time (simulated route used instead of real?). Suddenly the car jumps many km away while I am here waiting for the package and i am informed of next day delivery.

I'm trying to get into the app. It asks for my first and last name plus email address. When I fill it all in and submit it, I get a response that the email address already exists and then it asks for a new one. But I don't have another one, so I can't get into the Aimee app. Very bad. Erii

Always arrives late 22-23 & wrong day, and today I had my delivery stolen by most likely the driver. Didn't get any good help from the support either

No problem with the delivery, except for the driver not speaking Danish
