Why can I see other people's chats and tickets, including phone numbers and addresses. By going to the tracking website, tapping the question mark, scrolling to the bottom of the menu and then tapping chat button? Am I missing something or did someone 'do a stupid'? Also, the app reports an error when I try to log in.

Worst delivery company in Sweden. Amazon use them. Last 10 orders. 2 didnt arrive the correct day app just kept adding time. 1 order it said between 17 and 22. Phone rings at 15:50 "yea im here now you are not home, so you are not getting your package today". 2 orders they call and hang up when you answer, 3 times in a row then it says in the app delivery next day due to customer not being home. Stood on the balcony and no car even arrived at the house. Litterly worst delivery company out there

The app is npt showing my deliveries, npt even in history and when trying to contact then, a bot keepa rederecting me to the app. It's frustrating..

Was unable to deliver for no reason

The person claims the he was unable to deliver my parcel, called once and immediately called so that I wasn't able to call him back. Support doesn't answer. The worst service I ever experienced with delivery.

Reinstalled the app now it says that my email is already registered and ask me to select another one. No.option to login to an existing account
