Four times in a row had neglected the packages. And when they are supposed to deliver several days later than promised, you are still told after the promised delivery time that they did not have time to deliver anyway. No customer service to talk to, and the chat is a robot.

No way to add custom delivery instructions other than to message support

As the title says, I have a delivery that I'm waiting for, downloaded the app but am not allowed to create an account, it says that I need to have a delivery on g if I am to be allowed to create an account.

can't get a verification code to activate the app. Tried speaking with support but that is futile as they keep thinking I am waiting for a delivery. I have supplied my phone number and clicked to get a verification code but it never arrives. Not sure what to do anymore but it's super frustrating as amazon keeps using airmee and I can't log in to do anything. Feels like the support is AI based all the way with no actual person behind the messages.

Worst delivery "service" EVER!!

In addition to the estimated hours stated, they arrived one hour before the delivery time, which was between 17-22.00, delivered it to the wrong house and went back. Even though I requested personal delivery. It took 8-10 days to get my money back. Sloppy work.

Never arrive on time. If they come, it will be at night. Significantly worse than when Posten handled Amazon's deliveries.

The package was ordered with fast delivery within 24 hours. Everything looks good, but 45 minutes before the delivery was supposed to arrive, it says that it cannot be delivered. Email, get no answer. Talking to an idiotic robot. The package is missorted due to the wrong postal code. But I have entered the correct postcode so their system has messed it up. Gets a new delivery time four days(!!)later. Even then, it cannot be delivered because they still marked it with the wrong postcode. In a small town where there is only one street with the right name. I finally get hold of a real person at their customer service who finally corrects their mistake and another day later, five days after it should have been delivered, I finally get the package. Never Airmee again. But the guy at customer service was nice, I want to admit.

Worked 1 time. Now you don't get any updates whatsoever.
