Worst home security app out there.
Clunky, dated, unuseable. Feels like I'm using an app from 2010. Can't believe they haven't updated it with all of the money I've had to pay ADT.

Needs more features
There's a "toolbox" system inside the alarm device that really should have access via the app. I was trying to leave the house silently without using the device's menu and waking up someone in the living room. The menu has constant beep noises that are completely unnecessary for use and don't have a disable feature. Being able to use the toolbox and allow a silent exit would be a nice accessibility option when you need to run in and out of the house without setting off the chime everytime.

They updated the app, and now the audio alert for the cameras whistle multiple times instead of one time. Under audio, it has 3 seconds or 30. Why would i want an alert to go on for 3 seconds. please add it back to 1 whistle. until then, i won't change my rating.

used to work great! but v 5.7.3 sucks. it doesn't show or connect in real time. our store was just totally armed. watching on our security cameras, and the app still shows unarmed. the alarm company showed up, and they said it's this version of the app. Can we roll back to the previous version? it worked perfectly. With all of the low ratings, why don't you fix the problems instead of just saying sorry to everyone!!! SERIOUSLY!

This app is horrible I've had to change out my router twice and it takes an act of congress to reset the wifi. I don't understand why it's not built in feature as soon as I can I'm going to cancel my plan this is ridiculous

this app is easy to navigate. what is not as user-friendly as you would love it to be for a smart home,we can use more amenities for the price that you pay for your alarm service. someday you can get your pictures, and some days it's like spotted drags. that is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars. and when your alarm is going off in the beginning we got service where they would call us because we were still trying to get the feel of our new alarm system period for the first 3 months a
