Account management button won't load. The device manager button is too small. They don't seem to know their own app when saying that the schedule type and setpoints are not changeable for the thermostat they have no clue what I'm talking about.

Doesn’t work
The system came for free with a DR Horton home. It worked for about two weeks and then basically crashed. I called DR Horton, called Alarm.com tech-support, called for the garage door, people, and nobody could fix it. I can lock and unlock the front door and turn some lights on and off, but the garage doors just don't work and nobody seems to be able to fix them

Terrible
Our doorbell won't connect for us to see who is at the doorbell when there is movement. Called providers and they won't to charge $300-$400 for a new doorbell which is ridiculous. We've been loyal customer since 2019. In this economy some people don't have that type of money for a doorbell.

When you’d like it most
Heard some shuffling around as well as voices in my backyard around 3 am. Tried to open the app to view camera and the app would not open. Just gave me a loading symbol.

The Widget status is extremely unreliable and doesn't update the alarm status frequently.

App works fine, cannot get notifications working to save my life. Works fine on iPhone. Check my settings on the phone and within the app and there is no obvious reason why it isn't working.

Can’t adjust simple commands
I fee simple commands should be able to be used on this such as turning off and on the chime. I can only do this via the panel and not an option on the app. Also I am unable to adjust the delay when the alarm goes off. My alarm company said I had to make an appointment and pay them a service fee and that is the only way.

I have used Vivint in the past ans Alarm. Como is very user friendly Its been 1 yr since I've had this service and these cameras suck. The delay time that it takes for me to view a camera is rediculous. I am not happy with thesw cameras

Poor user experience
The interface and icons are terrible and not user friendly. Many time the alarm in the garage goes off because my wife has set it and you can't see it on because you need to “swipe right” or it's hidden from your view. Hate it really.
