Why was it so hard to find my boarding pass?
App is not very intuitive

I had to uninstall this app in order to access my tickets. There was no way to access them via menus and trying to check in, either starting in the app or on the website, led to a message "you are already checked in". When I uninstalled the app I could add my tickets to my wallet. Needless to say, if I have to uninstall your app to use its primary function, it sucks.

Well the new app has so many bugs. I guess when playing with the big boys Alaska should be a big boy. But then again if rewards switch to the money spent model I'll shop around. There are so many things that keep Alaska above the rest. Let's just keep it that way. Update the app please!

Can no longer check in on app
Since the latest upgrade, I can no longer check in with the Alaska Airlines app. When I try, it says you need to upgrade the latest version which I have, but it still won't let me check in.
