The app is very okay I don't have any problem with the app My problem is customer service, like the in bank attendant are very slow expecially the ones in songotedo branch Olokonla. Can u imagine I went into the bank to withdraw money by 9:30am and uptill 10:40 am I was still standing and it was not like there was people before me.i was the only one at the line. They are very slow in attending to customers.

Look this is why I patiently gave this app 2 stars ⭐ 🌟cause I've available balance and yet this application won't let me get access to my money whenever want to access it they keep telling me your account hs been restricted how does it work only to transfer my funds they won't let me now I'm sitting here very hungry please they should do something with this app it's really affecting some of the users please
