- I give you an award for an app with the worst & most stressful onboarding process. Infact you guys need to revamp both the UI/UX, flow & intelligence of your onboarding! - Worst / obsolete address & data verification methodology. - App revert user back to tier one when there is a system error (Backend) during maintenance. - Everything (UI/UX, design architecture, flow) under edit profile is zero and will strain a customer/user - Frontend navigation bugs, poor error handling - Support is zero

Yes your bank is a fraudulent bank and your workers are the worst! Since last year i sent 5,000 NGN to your bank and I never got my money till now . I'm Ready to detriment your bank ! You bunch of thieves

This is the most bad bank in Nigeria because of address which I can pack out at anytime they block my account for more than two weeks and half now and have not yet open it they ask me to go to the bank which I did for more than four days still yet they can't find anything to do now sent so many mails the answer is still the same we will get back to you, I hate this bank once I see my money collect I am closing the bank you people should be careful with this bank don't keep the money that is impo
