I really don't know what is wrong with you people, u av refuse to upgrade me after uploading several information u requested for. Also u brought 5000 eligibility loan on my dashboard and I took the loan but the app was complaining on bvn cannot be verified. Why ?

Very bad app

You uninstall the app, and when you try to install it back into your phone, you're not able to do so. It starts saying all sort of things that are not recognizable

I have been using this bank and app for over a decade now and I can say it is the best bet in swift mobile banking. However, what displeases me is the goal savimgs aspect, creating a saving goal and receiving interest is something that shoube optional. As a Muslim, taking, giving or eating interest is strictly prohibited, hence with the incapablility to decide to either to take the intrest, the goal saving is completely useless to me and many others I believe can relate. Kindly work on this.
