The new app and website is terrible. It's all marketing and special buys. Can't even search groceries

Not able to change the view of the special buys into a faster to scroll format.

Nothing changes
No matter what the problem, nothing changes. The call centre should be re-named the fob off centre, they mostly do not have a clue, or if they do then they just dodge the problem. Aldi must get away from all on-line presence in uk as they are incapable/unable to sort out problems, especially complaints about sub standard service. INEPTITUDE RULES.

New App
My Apple device won't update to version 16 iOS this app doesn't work below iOS 16 and using old app constantly wants to update so cannot use app very disappointing

Stop working after last update.
I have iPhone 6s Plus that doesn't have capability to upgrade to operating system 16.0. When I download new Aldi Uk app it offered me last compatible application version, which I did. Problem is that it can not start as requesting upgrade of operating system to 16.0 which is not possible. Sort it or you will loose lots of older customer. Thank Dr Mihajlo Milic

Helpful to look through the special buys. However, I would really like improvement to viewing groceries. On other apps I will add the items I need into my basket, and use that as my shopping list when I go into the shop. It's helpful to have the photo of the specific item I want to help me remember what I need. But there is no integration with the groceries on the app (redirect to webpage), and there is no basket feature. :(
