Can not pay my bill by phone
Unable to pay my travel liability bill by phone. I don't always have access to a computer thank you.

Only White Screens

Crashes every time on iOS 15
Despite labeling itself as compatible with iOS 15, it is not and hasn't worked for a few months. Alight was a typical system used by my employer that was only tolerable when legitimately used on the clock. Post-employment necessity has cost me countless hours of frustration, on the app and on the phone.

2023:Why is it so difficult to get a list of doctors within a specific radius. I want to EASILY access a list of providers. Update 2025: two years later and the search function still doesn't work for finding providers. Pathetic.
