I have spent the past 45 minutes trying to find just a coverage number for my dental every single time I have to click on an external link it signs me out of the app, Additionally the app doesn't let me save the logins to Samsung pass or any of my other authenticators so I have to hand type my password every single time that it makes me go to an external link because they decided to not program it. does app should not exist and it literally has discouraged me from using my health care

I keep getting errors! I sent this in the customer service chat today. This app has had issues for over a week. Every time I try to submit a claim, I get as far as the VALIDATE CLAIM, and I get a message stating ERROR. Please advise so I can get the claim in before 3/31/2025

I keep being told that I can pay my bill via this app, yet no one seems to be able to tell me how. It is good for looking up most things, but not all.

Used to be good
This app used to be way easier to navigate and would show you a pricing list and treatment list. It no longer does any of that. Now everything you do on the app is blind and you might just book someone who far exceeds the normal fee for services. I'm ashamed that I stuck with alight because I feel that I no longer have any information on how to move forward logically. This is absurd that they have minimized the information that we are allowed to receive for medical treatments. Absolutely absurd!

My only gripe is the lack of details about eligibility requirements
I'd really like to have clearer in-app descriptions on how to use hsa funds and other stuff correctly, as it stands now it's vague and the uncertainty is anxiety inducing.

I am trying to make a medi cal reimbursement claim but the form does not let me input my name and the provider's name. there's no keyboard that pops up to use. I'm trying to figure out what to do.
