Terrible
GE aerospace switched to this app for it's HR and it's absolutely horrific. It's not user-friendly nothing works. I can't even see my paychecks or pay stubs or anything of importance is not accessible

Benefits denied when needed. What have you done to us? For over 50 years we had very good insurance

Some challenges getting it set up but works well after the initial learning curve. The key is to be sure you have a phone number set up in your organization account before setting up the Alight App. It looks for a valid phone number, in your orgsnization profile to use and will not work if no phone number is in your profile.

Complete 100% Failure with every effort to install and login!
Never receive verification code messages. No matter how many times I enter the code I get an error message! I cannot even call the phone number listed for my benefits without a verification code from alight which has NEVER arrived on my telephone. Nightmare!
