Trying to pay for no ads. Want to delete download - unable to. Rubbish IT.

Pause, rewind, crash then watch more adverts again.
The app crashes regularly. And it really struggles with pause, rewind and fast forward - due to the advert breaks. It crashes again and you have to repeat 3 sets of adverts to get back to where you were.

Unable to cast. Keeps saying there is a playback error. From the reviews below, this issue has been known to Channel 4 for months. How long does it take to investigate? Yet they are happy to charge a subscription for this. Buyer beware.

The app launches but can't show content due to a data error even though connected to the Internet. App also keeps crashing. Please update with bug fix.

It's a good catch up app but the quality loads in and out of clear and then fuzzy, even on great wifi. It will randomly say theres an error. The ads are really long too. Might as well watch it on tv rather than this app.

Used to work alright, now it won't even open. And website thinks I've got Adblock on even when it's off and won't let me watch anything - not even when I paid for membership, thinking that would take care of the issue. Honestly really disappointing.

Cant stream on Sky Glass it used to work I've tried different things but nothing has worked a lot of my favourite shows are on Channel 4HD
