Works sporadically. Records a trip, and then next, it doesn't. Sometimes, it goes several days before it works again.

This app has not recorded any trips since January. All attempts to correct this has failed, so I'm not getting any discounts. The old plug in module was much more reliable. I may be changing insurance after many years.

When you get into the Milewise portion of the app, the back arrows don't work and you get stuck on that screen. Have to kill the app and restart to proceed.

I would give zero stars if I could. 9 years of loyalty to get housed on insurance for about 3 years. 4 increases over a year and a half with no one willing to help offering lower payments. They even charged me 35 dollars to cancel my policy without taking my paperwork to cover said fee. Terrible company who doesn't have the person In mind if any accidents happen as well. They didn't have my back when my brother was cut off and had a minor fender bender from the other person's fault.

the app doesn't use normal paragraphs but instead has one singalong line on the left side of my screen.

Incorrect Accuracy
The Drivewise is inconsistent with location when you stop driving it's still rating you on your driving, I get home and utilize my phone and the app dings you for using your phone while driving.
