your app is too bad. such a big bank. you cannot control it ? always 1 digit missing in amounts and app is very slow. I really hate your app. I will open account in other bank. please dont open account in this bank 👎

The app used to be great, but nowadays it keeps logging out saying session expired, even while using continuously. The problem has persisted for many days now. Even the website isn't loading. Hope it's sorted out soon.

So they have made an update since a week or so, the app is unusable, keeps changing interfaces, keepa logging out, keeps crashing completely... Also, this was done without an announcement about the downtime of a service , imagine being abroad and needing to use your bank, and then you cannot even do anything and get stuck for few days due to them being unable to fix a technical issue they have created with poor change management that affects the entire customer base ...

The application was nice till an update before six months, then turned to be awful, keep crashing, arabic language doesn't work. You have to fix as this isn't an optional for your customer but a need which shall be smooth.

This app is getting worse day by day. It was once the best app and now the worst. 1st the login issues appears randomly, my login expire without any reason after I login via pin or fingerprint. 2nd the recent implementation of OTP code via app. 9 out of 10 times I didn't receive my code in app. Even closed and open several times. And app is also lagging while doing normal stuff. That's the reasons I'm not using AlRajhi bank at all.
