Alumni broken
Don't use this app if you're an Amazon alumni looking for tax documents; the app will always crash as soon as you log in. The ADP app on the app store has all your Amazon info. Currently it looks like there's no way to sign into alumni accounts because they all lead back to this app, which is broken.

This app is great. I love being able to access my schedule, pick up shifts, and use PTO and vacation time. There are tons of discounts available as well. My only problem with the app is how long it takes to load. It's very slow.

The app is not showing available shifts; as a result, I'm not getting any extra hours. Losing a lot of money because of this problem, and HR is unable to provide any solutions

App has taken a harsh nosedive over the past year. It runs like absolute molasses, now. When it finally opens, and you accidentally tab out or even just minimize it, it has to completely reload all over again, sometimes taking even longer than before. Definitely not an ideal work app.

The whole point of the app is to pick up shifts if you're a flex worker then just forget it. Look for a better job because they over hire. It's almost impossible to pick up shifts when they only put up 2 shifts and then have 200 people waiting to pick them up. I absolutely hate amazon flex. It should be illegal

I will not give any star because this job which I started, declared my ID invalid 6 days later and even after calling or messaging I do not reply and how much time does it take to start and you complaint After doing it, the ID gets activated in a few days. As soon as I book a slot for a day, after that the ID again starts showing invalid 😑 If you don't have the job to do then just say so, but the job is good but Very few things are not good like the ID and payment are pending
