Garbage. The developers don't even know what 30 minutes mean in Human years to keep you locked out. Nothing fixes it and Amazon IT, or anyone responsible, cannot help you. Reset password: failed; clear storage or cache: failed; waiting 30 minutes: failed; IT failed; it's no use. Amazon needs to a newer dev and app team for the new app.

If associates are allowed to download bots to receive instant VTO, it is unacceptable. It's not fair to other AAs and shouldn't be allowed.

Te app it's full of bug's because VOA (my voice not working) when i click în my voice section the app instantly crashes. I unistaled and installed many time's also clear the chace and same thing not working. Please fix ASAP and i will change my opinion about app
