The app started off working amazing. However, now, when I like a song, it no longer adds it to my liked play list, which is extremely frustrating 😑 😤. However, the amazon music website adds them to my liked play list. idk 🤷♂️ 😐 😑

Unreliable and poor podcast features I've been using this app to listen to the morbid podcast to avoid the adverts, but at this point I'm considering putting up with the adverts via my usual podcast app. I constantly have to restart the app whenever I have taken the break from listening to the podcast, and I'm unable to sort. In fact tonight I am unable to view any episodes with the unplayed filter on

I'm having the same streaming issues as Raymond it's honestly pathetic I know amazon is perfectly capable with technology and there is absolutely no excuse for the servers being so dysfunctional. I'm about ready to cancel my sub too.

The playlists are rarely updated, especially for regional languages, where the support is extremely poor. As a music app, the minimum expectation is to have regularly updated playlists, but that doesn't seem to be happening. It feels like the person managing the playlists might not have expertise in the respective languages, or there's a serious issue with meeting basic user expectations. Please address this and improve the experience.

Great at one point. But mine was canceled by Google. And Amazon can't fix it. And you can't contact Google to get them to correct their mistake. I've been fighting with Amazon since 11/13/2024 to get it fixed.

Won't run half the time doesn't matter if your wifi is good or not keep tapping my playlists ill tap 100 fkn times before it loads smdh and I have to constantly reinstall it

Navigating this app is god awful. Suggestions are really random and nothing what you listen to. I would not recommend for anyone to use this app. Only reason I did was it was part of prime. Wish I could remove it from my payments.

To play a song I'll have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Songs aren't playing in one go.
