So buggy you'd think it wasn't a multi-billion dollar company who made it. UI is horrible, songs disappear, and it's extremely buggy. I'm really annoyed by it sometimes, but other times it's okay.

I installed it because I am a member of Amazon prime, but when I select a song I want to listen to, I can't play it and a different song plays instead. It doesn't work as a music app.

I'm so annoyed! Despite having a paid subscription, it keeps crashing in the middle of the title, accompanied by the stupid message that you should turn off the energy saving mode if you're running other apps at the same time. But I never activated it from the start! When will there finally be a solution for this? I won't be looking at it for much longer and, above all, I won't be paying for this poor performance anymore...

Everything is accessed in a counter-intuitive, roundabout, and inefficient way. Also, I'm a prime member and still find new asinine surprises such as, recently, the inability to rewind an individual song in a Playlist without upgrading or exiting the Playlist to play the song individually. Easier and far less frustrating to just pull up a song on YouTube rather than use this app.
